Basic Qualifications for Mentors

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have experience in at least one of the following areas: Product Management, Software Engineering, General Engineering, Business, Entrepreneurship, Finance, or related fields
  • Have practical, real-world experience building, working on, or contributing to projects, products, or ventures
  • Are able to commit up to 2 hours per week from July to mid-August
  • Are passionate about mentoring, teaching, and supporting early-stage talent
  • Have strong communication skills and can clearly share ideas, feedback, and guidance
  • Are willing to provide both technical/project guidance and personal/career insights
  • Can work collaboratively with diverse teams across different backgrounds and time zones

Is a Plus

Prior mentoring, leadership, or team collaboration experience.
